Lorenzo Sartorelli has been a Senior Project Manager at Fichtner Italia for over 15 years.

Throughout his career, he has taken on responsibilities in various areas, including administration and finance. Today, he also serves as the compliance officer, a role in which he has helped establish a robust framework in close collaboration with the parent company, ensuring an additional level of quality and reliability in the company’s work.

Filippo Sormani is the Technical Director at Fichtner Italia, focusing on Waste-to-Energy, Bioenergy, and Thermal Processes, and serves as the head of the Bologna office.

With over 18 years at Fichtner and 30 years of experience in power generation and waste management, he approaches his work with curiosity and a passion for innovation.
